I'm sure Roberta is doing a double take on who made this...Polly? Are you sure? Yes, I am not known for my CAS cards and I'm really feeling a bit anxious with all the empty space on this card....but I decided to give it a try today. I CASEd this lovely card of Roberta's. I changed the colors, made it a sympathy card, and used a pink bg instead of white. Roberta's creations are always fabulous and her comments most encouraging. Here's to you my friend!

Wonderful CAS sympathy card Pol! Love your paper pieced vase and the little flower you added to the side. Perfect color palette with the gray and subtle pink background. Excellent case!!!

I think when it comes to a sympathy card, simple is better and means so much more! A person who has just lost a loved one doesn't really "see" all that a collage type card has anyhow. You have s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d yourself ever so nicely today, Polly! This is a truly marvelous example of a cas card, and you did it all by yourself! I love the flower and leaf off to the side, and your sentiment and font go perfectly with this small image! Thank you so much for honoring me today and for your kind comments! Hugs
