I was so happy to hear Julie had chosen Roberta, aka stampin'nana, for today's Featured Stamper - what a sweet SCS friend and a talented stamper! I chose THIS lovely sailboat card as my inspiration. I changed it by adding a double popped up frame and scoring around the edge of the frame. I also masked clouds and sun before sponging with various inks. I think Roberta will appreciate this sentiment, an encouraging verse from the Psalms.

Aw....Bridget....how beautiful! I can see such depth in your sponged sea creation, and isn't it just like the Lord? He goes so much deeper than we can ever imaging; just when our hopes are down, He has this amazing way of coming to our rescue and picking us back up and then giving us even more! I love your sun shining ever so brightly even though the clouds are out trying to shunt it! Gorgeous, mf, and thank you ever so much for your uplifting comments! I'm blessed because of You~

I may never how you do this so well, but so long as you keep doing it, I'm happy !!!! A fabulous card Bridget, and such a tribute to Roberta, and her wonderful gallery.
