My card features the chandelier stamp from the Shine Bright set from Taylored Expressions. It was stamped on two pieces of white cardstock that were lined up with the upper layer in the center of the bottom layer with Versafine Onyx Black. The top piece was adhered to the black mat and popped up on the background piece with foam tape. A Project Pantry Journaling pen was used to draw on the squiggly *hanger* and a little sponging of barely banana was done to create a glow. A Copic marker was used to add some depth to the image and the ribbon finishes it off. TFL!!
