This week the teaparty is headed to Kyla. She was brought to our attention by Gail (GrafittiGail). Here is Kyla's story from Gail and Kyla's mom:
I have a friend whose 23 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. Kyla loves the color Lime green, peace signs and anything to do with Hippies, the stars and astrology. Her cats and dog are very special to her as well. Her favorite colors are lime green and purple. She loves all animals and nature things including things celebrating life.(anything pretty) and peace signs. She is starting her 4th round of Chemo and Radiation this week and has times when she doesnÂ’t feel so well, so I know that any cards she receives will brighten her days.
I found the groovy van online in the coloring pages and thought Kyla would love to take it for a spin! The extra cool thing about this fan, the exhaust is butterflies and flowers! The doily die cut was made with the Tropical ink pad (all the colors on the one pad), then cut out and embossed with clear embossing powder. Then put up on dimensionals.
I am off to the doctor's, but will be back later this afternoon. This seems like a pretty FUN and GROOVY gallery!!!

what a wonderful van. Love the butterfly exhaust and the multi colored doily is just perfect. I know Kyla will love this van and will be touched by all the love in every card she receives.

Kathleen love your flower bus with it's plume of lovely butterflies. Wish all buses gave off this type of exhaust. hehe Such a special colorful card for Kyla, why it even has her name on it. Fabulous job today. Love this! TFS :0)

The Sixties just exploded on your card! The colors and images sound perfect for Kyla. I love how you did the doily in a rainbow of colors...as John Denver would have said, "Far out"!
