This is my card for two challenges: TLC458 Sparkle and Emboss - to add a little glitter to embossing powder and emboss an image, and CAS249 Red & White color challenge.
This is the first chance I've had to play for myself in a week - can't count the 20 Christmas cards my DSS and I made for the girls on the all-star cheer squad he coaches.
I stamped the image in VersaMark and heat embossed using a mix of white ep , MS Crystal fine glitter and GlitterRitz Cool Highlight. I did this about three times before I got the result I wanted, using different ratios of ep to glitter. It's a shame the photo doesn't pick up all the sparkle, because the background embossed layer sparkles, too, from a fairly heavy misting of the shimmer spritz. It really is pretty IRL.
As always, thanks for looking!
