Imade this for today's CAS challenge, red and white and you can you black to stamp your image in, And today's TLC - sparkle and emboss. I used a versamark pen on the white parts of the Santa hats and then used Stardust glitter embossing powder and used the heat gun to emboss. Added puffy white paint to the top edge of the fence and sprinkled with embossing powder and dryed with heat gun.
