A cute little gift tote--in this case they are after-Christmas thank-you notes, but the top note snowman could serve as a tag/gift-topper as well. (see adjacent photo in my gallery for a photo of the tote)
The envelopes are A6 size so the hat won't be crumpled (also seen in adjacent photo) and are stamped with snowflakes.
The hat is two halves of a felt Top Note die cut--one half the short way and one half the long way. (see adjacent photo in my gallery for a close-up of the card/tag.) ...so you have to actually cut the Top Note out of felt twice. So...you have to make at least two cards. D For ease and sturdiness, I stapled through the felt halves and the paper top note pieces, then folded the brim of the hat up over the staples.
