Sabrina, Thank you for these challenges today. I so wanted to try the one with the rubbing alcohol. I searched high and low in this house for some rubbing alcohol, but to no avail. HOWEVER, I WILL be trying that technique when I purchase some!!! It is soooo cool looking!
I decided to go with the emboss resist using ep and sponging. If you look closely, my blue background has milky white spots in areas. I used my SU! Itty Bitty background stamp with white pigment ink and this is the result. I kinda like it! Reminds me of outer space!!!! LOL!
I also used my very frosty Snow Marker on the word SNOW. This marker is the best! You shake, mark where you want the snow, let dry and then heat it up and it gets puffy just like snow! (It's the little things in life.....right?) LOL!

Lesley, I love your beautiful snowflakes and the emboss resist also makes it look like it is snowing. I need AND want one of those snow markers....looks very handy.

Lesley you have a lovely array of snowflakes on your card....proving that no two snowflakes are exactly alike. Love your blue bg too. A beautiful card.

I'm loving the snow scenes today - only now I wish I could go out and buy about half a dozen new snowflake sets - mostly the old SU ones I look at on eBay ;-). I love the effect you've got with the Itty Bitty Backgrounds - it almost looks as if you'd spritzed it with water, but with a more reliable outcome, LOL.
And I LOVE the extra snow on your sentiment .
