Coral and red and olive oh my!! Nancy's combination had my head spinning momentarily, then I relized that it was the perfect combination for a two-toned amaryllis. I used the FTTC challenge to use the negative for a double-challenge card. Check out FTTC on the Flourishes blog: http://flourishes.org/blog/
Stamped the flowers in Memento Tuxedo Black, colored with Copics and framed with the embossed panel. Matted with olive and added the ribbon and jute (I wish that I could tie my twine like Bridget Finlay!) using some Glossy Accents to hold it in place. Added the corner gems and a bird for dessert, mounted on a 4.5" square Flourishes card and done. PT - 1
Thanks to my friend Nancy and to Cheryl for the inspiration. Thank you all for looking and have a peaceful day.

Oh my - how GORGEOUS! The red amaryllis and the red embossed bg are amazing enough, but then add that fabulous bow/twine with the wooden bird and it all plays together beautifully, Marie!

These flowers always make me smile. They grow so tall, and have such beautiful blossoms. Lovely coloring, and the cutout is wonderful.

WOW is this lovely!!! I also really like how you put the amaryllis flowers in the negative space for the Flourishes challenge. Your bow with the two different materials looks great!!
