I bought this Santa last year after the holidays for 70% off. I then realized it may be a problem because it is so large. I would rather do a reg A2 card so it doesn't cost extra for postage. Trying to find something different to do with it was a little difficult. So I started out using the bordered sentiment technique. It looked ok, but it was too flat. Then I had the idea to cut him out and pop him up to border the sentiment... I used the colors today and gave him some very rosy cheeks. I added some sparkle to his hat and I called him done... I guess I could have paper pieced his hat....That might have helped... Next time...

wonderful, and your coloring is spectacular! Reminds me of some of our Santa's when I was a girl. You would go downtown to the department stores to have your picture made with the jolly guy. Great job making it work of you and again the colors are fab, Irene.
