It is time to 'Tickle a Teapotter' & this is my first card since having my knee replaced in Sept. We were to be inspired by a costume we would wear for Halloween. I always wanted to be a nurse, just like my mom. I even went to the same nursing school. I was disappointed when I got my uniform because my class was the first to wear an all white uniform. I wanted to wear the blues with the white bib & apron. So I colord my Pure Innocence nurse like the 'old' uniform for student nurses at my hospital school. And I am a retired old school nurse!
I did take a little liberty with this weeks CC by coloring my nurse in Crayola pencils.
I think the sentiment is perfect for a friendship card as all the teapotters are friends.
Thanks for stopping by and it's good to be back. I might be slow getting into the swing. The stairs are still a little hard to do.
Thanks also for all your thoughts & prayers & all the pretty cards. They helped so much.

Good to have you back, Karen! Your little nurse is adorable! I miss the nurses of days gone by, not only their white uniforms, but the hat they wore, now they just wear scrubs. They were so much more professional looking in the "good old days"!
Be careful on the stairs!

You should come and spend some time with me. When we moved we decided it would be the last time we move so we bought a place on one level. There isn't even a stair to the front door. My husband insisted incase one of us ends up with a stair problem. The more I hear of stairs being an issue I'm glad even if it is a good 15 years before we need it. I love your wee nurse. I think the blue uniform makes patients more relaxed than all white.
