*MIX40 F4A193 Pear

Several challenges in one card:

Mix40 = glitter. Again my photographic skills are not top-notch and the "specks" you see are the olivine green glitter.

F4A193 = fall fruit. Pear

WT451 = masks. After stamping the pear image, I put a mask over it while I did the bg with acrylics on a dry brush and the fine sprinkling of glitter.

Classically beautiful! Photos have such a hard time capturing reflective surfaces. I have no problem imagining the beauty of this image though! Wonderfully framed. TFS

I think we all know what you mean by the spilled glitter! I love this pear and imagine the little bit of glitter makes it really stand out. I love the way you gesso'd the writing bg.

Your techniques are mind boggling! I love this! The script over the pear fading into the background- Wow what a wonderful effect. Your coloring and shading, amazing! I'd love to watch you work! This is fabulous, Sallie!

I love that stamp! A beautiful card, Sallie. Glitter isn't easy to capture, but I can certainly see the sparkle. This looks so like a little mini painting ready to be framed.
