I can't believe this is my LAST hope you can cling to challenge card! It has been a whirlwind of a month and I've had a blast being challenged (though I admit I'm a bit tired and my stamping area shows the result of the increased activity!) Lydia asked us to do a black and white with a pop of one color. I'm totally oblivious to the show her challenge is based on, so I went with Team Brown mainly because I'd seen this cool print on pinterest in the black and white and decided that with the coffee theme, brown was a no brainer. I die cut and embossed my circles first. I stamped my cup of joe then masked it off and stamped the coffee beans and embossed them with Early Espresso ep. I colored them in with the same color marker. I used a pencil to add some shading to my coffee and steam and colored the coffee with Chocolate Chip. My "thanks" is stamped in stamped off Smoky Grey then had pencil added. I had the bricked ef piece in my leftovers pile and stamped my sentiment on that....didn't press quite hard enough the first time so I went back to try again-left a bit of a shadow, but at least I got into the grroves enough to have complete letters. Last addition was a big old brad in the corner.
It has been a blast chatting with you all and seeing your amazing creations. Thanks to all the HYCCT hostesses who created awesome challenges along with samples to inspire us! See ya in the prize thread for some torture!

Awesomeness! I couldn't figure a card for black, brown, and white, but this rules. I always love a coffee card!
