I thought I would try embossing my acetate for the challenge to stamp on acetate for the HYCCT Challenges. I put this scrap desk piece along with it to add bulk because sometimes too lightweight paper gets torn by this ef. In the end, I liked the look of the acetate over the piece and used both. I added Mambo sponging over some of the raised parts. I sponged a heart and stamped my pink sentiment. The main sentiment is stamped on the acetate. I used my stampamajig for placement of the sentiments....such a wonderful tool! I pierced holes and used brads to secure the acetate over the stamped piece then put this onto a mambo base. I added a couple of pearls because I somehow had a hole in the middle of one of the circle accents (don't ask me, I still don't know how I managed that one!)

Pearls are my favorite and I have used them many times to cover an unwanted hole or mark! This is so pretty~! I love that stamp set. Thank you for playing in my challenge!

I would not have thought to emboss the acetate! What a neat idea - it looks terrific! Excellent job upcycling your scrap paper and incorporating it into the card, too!
