What a great sketch. Thanks Janette. For this card I used white and black cardstock. Yesterday for the color challenge, I was trying to dye my white cardstock so that it would look like Sahara sand. I took the white cardstock and ink spray smashed it with grey markers, and I then tea dyed it. Problem was when I was done it was a little to grey for the challenge. It was sitting on my desk so I decided to use it today. I stamped the apples yesterday too. I watercolored them and added prisma colored pencils to add depth and richness. If you would like to see more about this card you can read about it on my blog Mississippi-McGyver.

Holy cow! Your coloring of those apples is perfection - they look positively real!!! Their vibrant colors are perfect with the background you created and I love the gingham bow as a finishing touch!
