Vannessa's challenge...The Kind of Rock, Elvis...make a card with something with Elvis's influence. I know alot of people are singing his songs in their heads today. I chose to do Blue Christmas. Trying a new technique inlay die cuts. Note to myself...when trying a new technique go with a simple die cut. It was fun, kinda like putting a puzzle together. I started by doing the strips and sponged around them...then did the dies. Added some stickles and bows. HYCCT will be getting an extra card for this challenge. tfl

LOL - I tried a fancy die too. Bad choice for both of us ;-) but a great result and worth the effort. Your cards are gorgeous, Linda. (Edited your keyword for you ).

This is just gorgeous - love that die cut and even though that new technique looks tricky using it, you have done a beautiful job with it! (Another die to add to my wishlist as well!) Thank you so much for joining in my Elvis inspired challenge for HYCCT this year.

Linda this is amazing!! I love the inlaid look but see what you mean about the delicate cut outs being harder to work with. You did a fantastic job..they're both so pretty!!
