I used the SU Strength & Hope stamp set. This is a stamp that has inspiring words for cancer fighters. I liked this better than what I could come up with. I also used the Stylized Flowers embossing folder.

I have a very large collection of sentiment stamps for just that reason... ( I am not a wordy person on my own so, using stamps that work makes it much more fun to create) The colors of this are beautiful too! tfs!
