I was playing around with a technique that I found on the Papertrey Ink site. I think it was called watercolor with seasalt and you use watercolor paper, reinkers and seasalt to create a background. I sprayed the watercolor paper with water, then used pacific point and blue bayou reinkers, applying them on with a wet brush, mist with more water and sprinkle on sea salt. Let it dry completely and brush off the salt crystals. I diecut the birch trees, daubered on some creamy caramel, diecut the sleigh, stamped with close to cocoa, cut the snow, applied some essential glue and added the dazzling diamonds. I love the different BG's you get with the technique and no two are ever the same, even when you use the same inks.

Gorgeous seasalt bg Sue. I love your added die cut winter scene too. I have played with the technique before and it is fun. TFS and inspiring me to try the technique again.
