Bev's challenge...use a pocket on our card. Her touching story about the loss of a dear person to Cancer gave me the inspiration to make this card. It is made in memory of my dear friend Sheila. She will always have a place in my heart....the friend who fought a courageous battle, and showed us that life is precious. She was a proud Irish gal with a great sense of humor. Oh yes on her tombstone are the words...Thanks for stopping.

WOW Linda, not only is your card gorgeous but I do know the heart that went into this. My own dear friend is fighting now. This is so incredibly elegant in your own style. Love the framing, scoring and the delicate little blossoms you chose to accent your pocket.

This is absolutely gorgeous!! My eyes are entranced with the expanse of beautiful white with the just-right amount of beautiful color. I'm so sorry about your friend, but this is truly a lovely tribute in her honor. Thanks so much for taking part in my HYCCT challenge today!

Beautiful! There's just something about a blue and white card~! I love your flowers.....so elegant. Love the embossing too and the picket is a perfect place for the sentiment.

A beautiful, beautiful card, Linda, in memory of your close friend. I, too, lost a friend to cancer and right to the end, my friend, Carol, thought of others ahead of herself. She was amazing.
