Yesterday, Audrie took us to Lover.ly, a site packed with inspiration! They had a zillion wonderful items/pictures to look at. My card was inspired by the picture of this couple:
The red, white and black caught my eye, as well as, I can just imagine this guy doing a little song and dance for his bride.
My card is also for Lori's HOPE challenge to use red and/or orange on a card, representing courage and strength.
The wondeful Wordart is from Ginger's House. I have followed her blog for a long time. She is quite the character, a talented artist, has a great blog and makes me laugh. She creates great Wordart and it's free to use IF you reference her blog/site. Here is a link to the Wordart I used on my card:
OMGosh, I burst out laughing when I read the sentiment!!! Such a gorgeous card, and I thought it was going to be some deep meaningful sentiment. Truer words never spoken LOL!!!!

Gabby, I totally love that sentiment! It fits me exactly. I just joined the choir for the Christmas cantata and found out my voice can't hit the high soprano notes, but also not the alto notes........so, do I try for tenor?

Soon as I saw this card with the music background, I loved it. My husband was a musician & I love cards withsheet music as an intergal part of the card! I'm off to visit more items in your gallery. Gabbygal (Betty)
