I liked many cards in Emily's gallery, but chose this one Caring Tree-CAS99 by stampingout at Splitcoaststampers. Also for the Ways to use it - first letter of my username - so 'F' is for Flowering Tree.
Sponged the background, then swiped the brown ink pad across for a horizon. Sponged the green grass, then blue for the water. Stamped & colored the tree at this point. Used a white picket fence distress marker to create the light water lapping on the riverbank. I used it beneath the brown hill to lighten that, but it ended up looking like water too, so now it is a river snaking around a bend... a happy mistake! Added white gel pen to create flowers in the tree and water details. Copic multi liner for grass details and birds in the sky.
Scored lines on the card base.
