Yes, mine is grungy!!! I distressed my squares so it isn't as neat as Pat's. I wanted to do a masculine and use only embossing folders. I tried to pick out folders I thought would be masculine.
I'm in love with the Viva Inka Gold Metallic Rub that I bought at my Jo Ann Stores. I just rubbed it over my folders with my finger. Of course, you could use a cloth. You should then rub and buff. I think the jars will last forever as it just takes a small amount to cover.
Added my twine and I have a masculine card ready to go.

Brenda awesome case of Pat's card. So glad you chose that one because I have that set only I am missing one of the doggies and now I know what it looks like. hehe Love how you did the gridirons and hash tags on your squares. Wonderful card! TFS :0)

Ohh that is groovy and funky and manly but I like it too! That Inca Gold stuff - I tried out at my LSS a week ago - cool stuff - wish now that I'd bought it! Fabulous card, Mercedes!
