That's right.....walk away. No fight in this cowboy, he's just lookin' fer his girl, no end to the story about "that's how the fight got started". That's the Code of the West, and it rules in Jammer Town too. These boots are walkin' alright, lookin' for a Mudder Birthday Girl. She's right fine and loves da Man that wears these here boots. Uh-huh. Inside, you see see him, riding the range, in search of his beloved. Real Man, no fight in him. Just peace.
Casing Darlene today, and chose this card. Don't that just make you think about saloon doors? Lol....yeah, if you live in Jammer Town it applies! I was not familiar with Darlene's gallery until today, and loved this design. I changed everything, except the concept. Thanks Darlene, hope you enjoy your week.
The wrought iron looking die cuts are from another resident of JT, Greenie. Thanks Sistah! The boot charm is an ornament from Hobby Lobby, and the saloon doors are stamped from my collection of ancient, and rarely used stamps, but I liked how this came out.
Thanks for looking!

When I saw this card in the gallery, I thought right away of Jammer Town and the Old West challenge. It didn't surprise me to see the card was yours, Pat. Fabulous, design and details!

Smiling as I read your story - I know Mudder will be tickled to get a card with da MAN walkin' on in for her birthday -Truly inspiring how you came up with the boot on the "saloon" doors idea, Sis, - they sure look like many a cowboy has pushed his way in through those swinging doors -love all the scrolly detail on the inside too - another winner of a "MAN" card

Cowboy boots, cowgirl boots - doesn't matter - love em all. Thx for the inspiration as I have this same boot ornament sitting in my western embellies drawer (what's that saying great minds think alike tee hee). Just adorable how you put this together and I hope Mudder doesn't get a case of the vapors when she sees who is behind those saloon doors.....mercy da man knows how to make an entrance.
