Hers is a beautiful, simple card. I wanted to submit it for a HOPE challenge so I changed the background to pinks and added a die-cut bird on a branch.
I was also inspired by the colors of this pretty bird, on a book cover at today's IC409 inspiration site, Barnes & Noble:
Lastly, it is for Kathy's HYCCT1304 challenge to use punches or dies on your card.
I used one of my all-time favorite Stamper's Anonymous, Dylusions sentiment stamps by Dyan Reaveley.
NOTE: It is a perfect coincidence that my die-cut bird (cut separate from a recycled box and pieced) ended up having such similar colors to that of my B&N inspiration ... and that the beak is perfectly pink! How cool is that?!?
Thank YOU for looking!

Ah, this turned out great! I love the variation in the coloring of your bird. That sentiment, is just so touching and it seems perfect for our challenge to 'Punch Out Breast Cancer'. Thanks for playing.
