Lydia's challenge for HYCCT1301A is to make a card with inner strength - meaning that a dimensional image on the inside of your card can be seen through an opening in the front of your card. I confess that this is actually on top of the card - there would have been no room for a personal message otherwise.
I started with a wash very pale blue to stamp on and added some gesso over top because it was too blue. The image was stamped with Black Stazon and colored with Distress markers and a water brush. I glazed the bottles with Mod Podge and heavily coated the flowers with Glossy accents. Small gems were placed in the centers of the large flowers for additional dimension. The frame and tag were cut with a SB die; I cut the Memory Box word die twice and layered them for extra dimension. The frame was embossed with CB Dotted Swiss ef; all edges and the sentiment were sponged with Vintage Photo Distress ink. I stitched the tag with twine and tied a small bow. I had a button there but didn't like it. The frame and tag are popped up with foam tape.
As always, thanks for looking!

Um - I don't even know where to start - every detail of this is so gorgeous!! The gesso on the background really adds a lot, but your jars are positively real with the gloss.
