This is for Patricia's great Bursting with Hope challenge in the HYCCT forum today.
I don't tend to use sunrays much on my cards - and when I do I often sponge them. I really enjoyed piecing these ones together. I'd been going to stitch along the rays too - but wanted to stamp my sentiment directly on the card.
Looking through my papers I found some K&Co papers received as a RAK. (Sheri, I do believe that might have been you!!). There was even a bird on one of the sheets - originally I'd been planning to use a die-cut.
Bird backed onto extra card for strength and popped up on foam.

The cool shades of blue and green give a really peaceful feeling to your card. The stitching detail is fabby!
Thanks so much for being one of my sample makers for this challenge! *hugs*

Oh my! So impressed! I will remember to sponge my rays next time, your card looks so good with sponged rays!!! LOVE that the bird was part of the papers, it's awesome! I must go look through my 12x12 stacks for large images!!!
