I punched out 1 1/4" and 3/4" circles for the title. Stamped the letters in Brilliance black pigment ink and went over them with a Sacura gel glitter pen. Some of the letters are popped up on foam dots.
The snowflakes are punched out with a Martha Stewart and a Fiskars punch. I used frosted gold and silver velum and added a bit of bling to the center.

Thanks... It is using 9x6 envelopes. The ones I found were with the flap on the long part as opposed to the top like I have normally seen. It allows for you to hold cards for each month inside for the special birthdays that month. They are hole punched at the top of each envelope (2 holes) with metal rings. When it is opened, the pages flip up... so each open page is a two envelope spread.
It was difficult to photograph. I ended up taking individual photos of each page and the embellishment work, then creating a collage in my photo editing software. (I use Picasa)
