I combined 3 challenges to make this card. I liked the idea of the traced doodling. I doodled with paint over the stamped dandelion image. I used white, cream and ivory paint When the paint was dry I added glue and glamour dust. The background started as white cardstock. I printed the digital paper onto it. Then I painted over it with a gray paint (the black and 3 whites in variable shades). The title of my card came when I was making my card. I wasn't going to add the silver cording when I set to sew my card, but I saw the cording picked out and left by my sewing machine by my cat. It reminded me of when Faith (Markie's Mom) would tell about Speedy's choices. After I sewed the card together it felt like it still needed something, so I added doodled dots. It reminded me when Faith would put dots on her cards. I know it has been a long time since she has been on SCS. I was just missing her and thinking about her today.

Such a beautiful card. I love the way the dandelion seems to pop up, from the sort of smudged bg, in the oval. Love the stitching. The silver cord is the perfect accent. tfs.
