I took these pictures of my son in his "yeehaw" hat last night and I just had to do something with them today! I've done a few cowboy pages of him in the past, so I wanted to stay away from that theme this time.
His cheeks look super round in the profile pics, so I wanted to emphasize that with the circled patterned paper, buttons, and circle stamps. Also, IRL, the patterned paper strip going vertically really is straight (not crooked, like it looks in the photo) =)
I used the big circle from the retired The Shape of Things and inked the edge with a marker, rather than inking the entire stamp. It looks like a crayon-drawn circle, rather than a perfectly stamped circle. I love doing that!
