I used 3 different dp for this card 4 if you count the encyclopedia page as dp. I altered the dp. The dp on the oval I white washed with cream acrylic paint then embossed with script ef, then I wiped gold acrylic paint over it. I painted the encyclopedia page with the cream paint. I took a gold pen and drew lines on one to the dp and on the roses dp I ued the gold pen to outline the roses. Hand quilled the roses. The pearl stick pins were from the corsage that I wore to my daughter's wedding this summer. The lace made me think of a table cloth.

Beautiful, MariLynn. Your quilled roses are perfection, and I think it's really cool that you were able to incorporate the stick pin from the corsage you wore. Love the stitching, too.
