Sabrina's challenge today.....use beads on our cards. This was truly a challenge for me. Yes, I have pearls, rhinestones etc. in my stash of embellishments, but no real beads. I took apart a bracelet of my Granddaughters. Using the purple beads for the color...used the slate grey for the neutral color. Using the emboss resist for the sentiment and sponged it with chalk. Made the ribbon bow and strung beads around the center. Using wire, strung the other beads and adhered it to the sentiment. It should be a gallery filled with bling. tfl

Linda, this is stunning. I never think of using purple with gray, and it is such a lovely combination. Your bow is beautiful and the addition of the silver and purple bling is wonderful. Thanks for the inspiration.

Love these colors, and the beautiful way you used the beads.

I hope your granddaughter didn't mind sacrificing the bracelet! You certainly created a stunningly beautiful card with it - so elegant and sophisticated.
