This week Mary gave us a choice of five colors. They are melon mambo, pumpkin pie, pool party, island indigo, and daffodil delight. She gave us an option to also pick three colors if we would like. I picked daffodil delight, pool party, and island indigo. The dessert is to use a geometric shape. I used my hexagon embossing folder and then cut out the various colors to create my card. I also used a piece of dp that had my colors in it. It was a fun and different challenge.

This is just fabulous, Kim. I have to say that this die has not excited me yet but this card may just push me out of my rejection of it. So very clever with your color placements. Love it and the color choices you made.

I LOVE you used the hexagons Kim! Guess we were thinking alike as we both used hexagons. I have that folder too and will have to try it the way you did sometime. I love the 3 colors you chose too. And how clever to use a piece of DP that has a different geometric shape on it for your banner. Love it!!

very pretty Kim... Love the hexagon shape and the way you strategically placed todays colours on some of them..... also love the neatness at the top with just the sentiment.... well done...
I saw your card before I began this challenge. So your card inspired me to use my hexagon eb and die. Love your color choices for your shapes and especially like the flag under the greeting.
