I love these two challenges today! I love Harriet's work......So inspirational! I chose this card for my inspiration: CAS162 Thanks by hskelly at Splitcoaststampers. I love how she put the petals on the outside of the frame as well as on the inside. I did the same thing with the top poppy.
Also, Harriet creates a lot of cards with poppies, so that is the direction I took.
I cut out the rectangle frame with a nestie and outlined it in black. Colored the poppies on the inside of the card and colored and fussy cut the top poppy.

Terrific card for both challenges, Lesly. Harriet does poppies often...and very well.....so your subject is most appropriate for a card honoring her. Love your design.
