For Ways to Use It Challenge WT439 - background stamps, or create your own background.
So this VERY SIMPLE card turned into a nightmare. After stamping the flower multiple times I was then going to just colour and pop up ONE of the blooms. Then - a smudge and then a tear in the paper - say what?! So I went to bed instead lol. Got up this morning and was determined to save it - no way was a single sheet of card stock getting the better of me!!
So I added a tangerine tango decorative border at the bottom of the page - tear now covered!
Then I cut out and coloured two more blooms and strategically placed them to cover the smudge!
Added a simple sentiment to the bottom and called it a day - whew! Sometimes easy is so hard
Thanks for taking a peek!

I hear you!! Wherever you see an embellishment on my card, you will find a smear of ink~LOL Your card turned out fabulously~Love the pop of color and the border! Glad you were victorious!!
I agree with Sue(stampinspooky), I think that mess ups are blessings in disguise - alter the original plan slightly and you come up with an even better card! This one is just fabulous!

I think we all get frustrated when the card we can see in our mind doesn't turn out the way we want it too. I know I have, I've gone to such lengths to rip up the card. But I have to say you card turned out beautifully. Congrats on finding a solution.
