For today's WT: use a bg stamp or create your own. I decided to dig into my bg stamps and used one I've never inked before. I die cut the flowers & leaves using white cs and sponged each piece before putting together with an eyelet. I really love the way these flowers came out, and the only reason I didn't use colored cs is because I thought the colors would be too dark! Isn't it fun to discover and explore? : ) I will be doing this more often. Added some olive and saffron ribbon & sponged around the sentiment. Thanks for stopping by today! ~Roberta

That's such a great background you've created, Roberta. Love the pretty ribbon and bow. Such wonderful flowers, too. Guess I just like it all. :-)

That is a cool bg stamp..glad you finally inked it up ;) I like the soft colors of the flowers ..I think you're right, darker cardstock might not have worked with the softer blue in the bg... and the double bow...fantastic!

Roberta what a gorgeous card... love the mixed sentiment bg and the way you sponged around the edges... also love the sponged flowers with the brads (I will have to do this technique instead of coloured cs.)... the ribbon adds the perfect finishing touch... absolutely love the colour combo... well done mf....
