That party hat background is so much fun and definitely unique! I can see it working for carnival/circus/Mardi Gras too. And the bear stamp - wow! You're one great ambassador for KSS - it almost looks like an old sepia photographic image.

Awesome card! I would not have thought to put together the bear stamp with the party hats. The bear does look like he's grinning. Very creative and fun!
