I scheduled myself to make a card for the Teapotters on Saturday but reading about who the cards are going to kept me awake last night. I couldn't get it out of my mind (I also have a sister with medical issues), so I postponed the things I had to do today and made this card. The image is a colored, digital image by Tina Wenke (from PCCrafter) but this image is now sold as a stamp (search "Big Squeeze" by Tina Wenke). The paper piercing pattern is from Gem's Cottage, font used for the sentiment is Albemarle Swash.

Wow! That must have taken forever with all those piercings -- but it is strikingly beautiful!! Love that image as well!!

Oh my goodness gracious me. This card is incredible. I can't stop looking at this amazing creation. Your colouring and paper piecing are out of this world. I think Elizabeth and Debby will shed a happy tear or two over this gorgeous card.

Thanks so much for making this beautiful card for my sister Deb. The paper piercing makes such a perfect frame for this vintage image. I'm sorry to hear your sister also has medical issues, it's heart breaking isn't it? This is coming at a very good time as she needs a lift. The Parkinson's makes her hands shake and she has trouble using her computer.
Cheers, Elizabeth
