First, my sincere apologies for being over a week late! I REALLY wanted to make a card to honor Linda Holstein. She is so kind and I have admired her for many reasons. She has a gorgeous gallery and this is the card I choose to case: CT0513, Father's Day by Holstein at Splitcoaststampers
Many times I have commented to Linda that she should get a retainer from Scor-Pal because she is one of the BEST when it comes to scoring! So I knew I wanted to select a card that had scoring. Also, she makes such beautiful wedding cards...far out of my league! So I thought what if I made one of her cards a little girly for her?
I selected the Countryside stamps because Linda and her husband raised Holstein cows for many years. I have such deep respect for America's farmers and ranchers. They work so VERY hard in often very tough conditions.
The best wishes are to wish Linda and her husband well as they move into an easier pace of life. Also, a wish for her husband as he has had some serious health issues.
So, it certainly isn't the prettiest card, but it is from my heart and I hope it does honor you Linda!!!

You can definitely tell this was made from the heart! Love the stamped image surrounded by the sweet little country flowers and framed by all that scoring! Great job!
