An easy but colorful card I made for my August stamp club "kick off" meeting. I used DTP (direct to paper which is basically smearing ink pads onto white card stock) for the color. First the yellow in the middle then went back over it with green at the bottom and orange at the top. Dries fast and a very forgiving technique!
Stamped the moose onto the background with Black STazOn then went over him quickly with Early Espresso marker and artichoke marker for the grasses. A liitle Crumb Cake on the antlers. Diecut with the 2nd largest Labels framelit (the new Deco style would also work well) then layered on the yellow c/s run thru the Woodgrain embossing folder, attached Artichoke seam binding (might have been taffetta but I think seam binding) and then layered on Early Espresso. Greeting uses is the one in the stamp set (thinking of you) but I would like a goofy "I moose you!" sentiment better.

Stunning card for such a majestic animal. Love your coloring on the antlers. The sunset/sunrise is really nice as well. Having your focal point contained in the framelit shape is terrific.
Thanks for sharing.
