I used French Foliage to stamp the sentiment on the base layer of the card. The frame was made with a scalloped Nestabilites die and then the new Enhancing Elements embossing die. They work great to add a little something to a plain die cut! I then cut out the center with a rectangle so my layer became a fancy little frame.
