I used a stamp from Office Ephemera using White Craft on the dark blue side to create a "Blue Print" look.
Used an X-acto knife to cut an "X" on the front to create a window in the center and held the flaps back with small brads (and since this is a double-sided paper, the lighter blue shows nicely). I stamped the greeting (using Not Quite Navy Craft) on fiber-type paper and inset it in the window.
The back CS is larger than the main part, which is affixed to White CS using small brads.
The card opens to reveal two squares in each blue color, one turned to create a diamond shape and adhered with a small brad, the other has a saying stamped on it in White Craft and is glued on top.
I cut small strips of the dark blue CS and glued them at the bottom edge of the larger back CS.
