This is the prototype for my primary Christmas card this year.
The top section of the background was created by stamping Penny Black's Indian Wheel BG stamp in Versamark onto Old Olive panel. You can't tell on the picture, but I also ran a clear Spica pen over the pine needles to provide a little bit of sparkle.
Bird is from Great Impressions. Sentiment is from Stampabilities.
I'm still trying to decide whether or not to include the touch of red on the bird's head or not. What do you think? Lose it, keep as is, keep, but make that whole section red?

Beautiful Christmas Card Debbie. I am amazed that your green layer is not a DSP. It looks perfect with your beautifully colored bird. I agree, I would keep the bit of red, esp. since it is a Christmas card. TFS

Debbie, you have the gift of making a perfectly stunning card that is not 3D and easier to mail. Upload the three options and I'll vote for all. This card is wonderful!
I would never have known that top portion was stamping if you hadn't said. You did such a crisp clean job on all your stamping. This will be a beautiful Christmas card for the lucky people on your list. :-)

Stunning card Debbie - wow! I love the touch of red and would keep it just the way it is. I too thought that the green layer was dp! Popped your card into my favourites - TFS :-)
