I made this card for the color challenge. I came as close as I could w/the colors. I used cameo coral, lovely lilac, vanilla, and a medium brown cs.
I decided to go a little shabby chic for this card. It's not my usual style, but I kept thinking of adding a pen and in my little mind that lead to lace and flowers to shabby chic.
My pen and pearls are actually jewelry making supplies. The sentiment is from See D's cling stamps. The tag punch is from EK success. My roses are cut in vanilla cs w/spellbinders rolled roses, then sponged in lovely lilac and cameo coral. The leaves are from the same spellbinders and sponged w/creamy caramel. I used a crackle ef for the bg. I sponged some creamy caramel on the folder, spritzed it w/water then embossed. After that I tore around the edges and roughed them up a bit. The lace is gathered up for a rouched look, and the purple ribbon is gross grain that I cut up the center and then made a bow from. Thanks for looking!

How pretty!! The roses are fabulous and I like the distressed leaves. Your rolled up edges give it a vintage quality and the ruched lace is a lovely detail. Maybe not your usual style but very well done!
