Thanks to the recent challenges of summerthyme64 (SIC144) and 3fries (DGSC112), I was inspired to finally scrap some photos of the World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C. which were taken in 2004! As you might have guessed, I'm not a chronological scrapper! lol
This is the right side of my dps. I used patriotic colors. I overlaid & reduced opacity on the 3 elements--soldiers, flag and wordart to create the bottom image.

I do love the reduced opacity of those soldiers! I also think the sketch is fab for this two page spread - fits lotsa photos! I will have to steal it soon
