I needed a quick and easy card to give to a neighbor and since it's America's Birthday what better color choice is there than red, white and blue? That also happened to be the CC433 color challenge for this week, so that how's that for a happy coincidence? ha... The dessert option for the color challenge was something patriotic, so I used an American flag food pick that I happened to have in my stash.
Thanks for looking and Happy Independence Day!

Hi! This is Boss, responding to rosebudmom's question about the star punch that I used on the inside panel of this card. The punch is an old Fisksars triple corner punch called Celestial. The punch I have is blue and orange; the three corners on the punch are the star with a pointy corner, a crescent moon with a rounded corner and a sun with a scalloped corner. Hope this helps! Thanks for your kind comments on my card!
