I used my red ink pad, my night of navy ink pad and then I dotted it with white acrylic paint. I then used a credit card to spread my paint. I used a few stamps and then spotted some red and blue glitter on. Hope those that are celebrating the 4th of July have a fun and safe one. Thanks for looking!! :>)

Cool patriotic card Kim! This technique lends to such interesting backgrounds!!! I really like your swipes of color and that you didn't "muddy" the colors (which can be easy to do!) Your sparkly glitter spots remind me of fireworks in the distance! Wonderful MIX card!!!

What a wonderful 4th card! I especially love the drops and splotches, Kim. Very pop art!

In an abstract way the red and blue seem to give the illusion of a rippling flag...cool the way these mixed pieces turn out..yours is GREAT and has a definite patriotic look to it!

Kim, this is so pretty. Love the patriotic colors, and how you stamped making a collage. Definitely one of my faves in the gallery . Hope you and your family have a Happy 4th.
