I dry embossed the background, then colored the reversed side raised flowers with copics, which bleed thru to the front. I love the softer & more muted effect of the front which I used here, but you can use the colored side for a stronger effect. I swished a copic marker across the top of each heart for a streaky lined effect, then mounted on the larger white heart. Lace, ribbon & flowers to finish. Easy peasy!
