Poppies are popular stamp images these days, and they are so beautiful! So I combined them with one of my favorite shades of blue. I especially love the Scripture verse, because God does indeed make everything beautifulÂ…in His time. He is so faithful!
One of the ODBD team members, Jan Marie, saw the card yesterday and shared this touching video about poppies. What a great reminder that God certainly does make everything beautiful in its time!

I love how you colored the poppies and the frame! So gorgeous. And then I took a second closer look and I noticed all the other beautiful details - the ef and the piecing is just wonderful!

Cheryl, this card is so beautiful. I love the red poppies against this shade of blue/green. And the scoring on the white panel gives the softest illusion of quilting. It's a wonderful background for the poppies. As a side note: When I lived in Europe in the early 70's I had the opportunity to visit Verdun, France. There are no words to express the feeling that overcomes you when you see fields of white crosses. Thank you for sharing the beautiful card and God's word.

Cheryl, your card is just gorgeous! The shading on those poppies makes them appear to be velvet. A beautiful shade of blue to accent them along with the embossing and hand dyed ribbon. A classic beauty!
