I'm not sure about the sentiment; I'd like to think that the only deadline for dreams and goals is death, which is why I chose the title.
I got behind on some challenges, especially MIX. Those take me more time and Fridays are busy days for me in general. So I combined several with the FS today and IC yesterday. Tina, your gallery is delightful, I enjoyed browsing. This is the card I chose: Hello There_042113 by tinahale38 at Splitcoaststampers
I kept her basic layout with the multiple circles in the center and something along the edge (my sentiment instead of her flowers). My card is wonderfully grungy though, hers was so nice and white and clean. For MIX 21, I used Distress stains and inks on my Teflon sheet, dragged the paper through, then added Gesso on top with an old credit card. I did several layers (I love this technique, thanks for this challenge). I embossed the clock ef and then cut out the circle. Unfortunately, even though I dried the paper in between layers of ink, stain and Gesso, cutting out the die rather compressed my embossing. Next time, I'll let it air dry a while (so impatient!). For MIX 20, I embossed my cool Stampington clock stamp with the charcoal ep, then shaded a bit with a black watercolor crayon and water. The paper with the clock and sentiment were also made with Distress inks and water (I used mostly peeled paint and soot black for this project).
I love clocks and watches so I chose this cool box from ThomasPaul: http://www.shopthomaspaul.com/product_p/bx-0474-yol.htm
Such a cool website!

This is amazing! Your background is beautifully done! Congratulations on coming up with this wonderful design combining so many challenges. I struggle with just one. Love your card!
