I had the idea for this card when I first saw the CAS sketch this week and used the Mix-Ability technique to bring it to fruition. Used Ky's wonderful tutorial to color 3 2 x 3" pieces of white CS. Rounded by cutting only one end of each with the largest regular Nestie oval, then scored every 1/4 " with the MS scoring tool and folded. Took a "bite" from one with the SU scalloped oval punch. Embossed chipboard and cut with SU word window punch. Assembled and adhered with double sided tape to a Pacific Point 5 1/2 " square card. Stamped the sentiment with the "Happy" from a HB Fiskars stamp and Summer from SU Season on Cherry CS, heat embossed. (I loved the way that Melina gave her banner some dimension so rippled mine and popped it up).
Because of Superstorm Sandy the twins just finished their freshman year of HS on Thursday, so this is their end-of-school card. I hope that their summer is da Bomb! I had a blast making this card...Thanks Ky, Denise & the DT for the inspiration. Thank you all for looking and have a peaceful day.

What an original concept for a 3D card! And this challenge really lent itself to creating those very delicious looking pops!
